Account Supervisor with CRM

This Account Supervisor will manage both strategic and tactical aspects of a major CRM Brand including marketing and business planning, website and content strategy, email and direct programs as well as social.  This position will also play a key role in developing the CRM strategy vision and innovative plans and multi-media assets, including marketing and promotion of these.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Your primary emphasis will be embracing great work and truly contributing to the creative product of the agency
  • Managing the client relationship and leading projects and identifying those things for which you can quickly own and take responsibility as well as overseeing work from other on the team
  • Contributions to the overall planning and CRM analysis and results management for the client’s business
  • Establishing and fostering client relationships across a cross-functional organization
  • Financial management of projects – including SOW and forecast inputs, billing and budget management
  • Working with Account Planner to co-develop creative briefs and overall and ongoing project leadership
  • Creative sell-in to the client as well as set and manage client expectations and feedback
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s businesses, brands, customers, and competitive environments in order to contribute to the development of solutions for their business
  • Follow industry trends; understand competitors’ action and performance in the CRM and loyalty space
  • In-market results management and reporting (internally and externally)
  • Direct management and Personnel development of core members of team
  • Provide organizational and process inputs to Agency leads

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience with at least 3 years working at an advertising agency (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2+ years management experience leading, managing and motivating a team
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience required including digital strategy, implementation, and production
  • 3+ years CRM experience
  • Must have integrated experience with both digital and Direct/CRM
  • Experience working on Consumer accounts preferred
  • College Degree required
