Roles + Responsibilities

• Proactively identify trends in multivariate data and translate findings into prioritized/actionable recommendations
• Support multiple clients and manage multiple simultaneous projects/deliverables
• Understand a client’s product/service, industry, competitors and objectives
• User behavior and keyword research using a variety of sources
• Create client-ready reports, presentations and other communications
• Conduct internal and external training related to SEO & Analytics best practices
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
• Create, defend and implement SEO strategies that support client business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-6 years of professional work experience
• 2+ years of Internet experience and/or e-commerce marketing (or relevant background)
• 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven organic search engine success (Please be prepared to articulate your involvement and show examples of successful SEO campaigns)
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and in a client or departmental services environment/role
• Knowledge of basic Internet technology (DNS, HTML, CSS, XML, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SEO/analytics software, tools and processes
• Experience researching, identifying and earning inbound links
